INTERVIEWS

The interview portion of the Delta Sigma Pi recruitment process is an important opportunity for the fraternity to get to know potential members on a more personal level. During the interview, candidates will have the chance to talk about their interests, experiences, and goals, as well as ask questions about the fraternity. This is a chance for the fraternity to assess if the candidate would be a good fit for the organization and for the candidate to see if Delta Sigma Pi aligns with their values and interests. It's an important step in the recruitment process and a chance for both parties to get to know each other better.
